Teams Billing Question
Hi,
If I want to remove a user from our total count for billing, do I have to remove them fully from the team or can I just deactivate their account? Since we often have freelancers leave for months, I'd rather just be able to reactivate them rather than going through the on-boarding again, but don't want that to affect billing. Thanks!

You don't need to remove them from the team. Just disable remote access for that user: https://changelog.jumpdesktop.com/save-on-team-licenses-by-disabling-remote-access-for-users-rAFnW
