Microphone pass through

I've seen many posts mentioning the Mac -> Mac pass through, but is anything in work to go from Windows machines to Mac or between Windows machines?

Currently I need a reliable way to stream my mic from a Windows machine to my MAC, does anyone know of any workarounds or separate software I can use alongside JumpDesktop?
