iPad: Touchscreen and Magic Keyboard trackpad scroll in opposite directions
I am using the latest available version of Jump Desktop on my iPad to connect to a Mac, with an Apple Magic Keyboard attached. Natural Scrolling is enabled in the iPad system settings.
The touchscreen and the Magic Keyboard trackpad scroll in opposite directions:
1. With Settings > Mouse & Gestures > Reverse Scroll Direction OFF, two-finger scrolling on the Magic Keyboard trackpad follows my preferred natural direction, but two-finger scrolling directly on the iPad touchscreen is reversed.
2. With Reverse Scroll Direction ON, touchscreen scrolling is natural, but the Magic Keyboard trackpad becomes reversed.
I would like both input methods to use natural scrolling without changing the iPad system setting, since scrolling outside the remote session works as expected.
Is there a separate setting for touchscreen scroll direction versus hardware trackpad scroll direction? If not, is this a known issue, and is there a supported workaround?
Host: Mac running Jump Desktop Connect 10.15.46.0.
Client: iPad running the latest available Jump Desktop update.
Thank you.
