fresh install still sees old teams, how do I get it to forget old teams after uninstall?

Super frustrating, trying to install jump desktop connect from a new installer and no matter what i do, it still loads the old teams when it installs. Any help? 

on a mac pro 5,1 using high sierra 10.13.6

I've created a new team and I can't get it to add a new computer! so frustrating and there is no support from jump. Thanks
