Buzzing noise while playing audio - iPad OS 15 to Windows 11

The title pretty much says it - no matter what is the source of the audio, there is an audible buzzing sound in the background. This is present only when some audio is transmitted. This issue does not appear in other remote control apps, such as teamviewer.
