Jump Desktop now streaming audio through Adobe Premiere

So the desktop I plan on remoting into is running Catalina. The laptop I have is running High Sierra.

All audio plays through my laptop when I remote in (YouTube, Qts, etc), but when I try to play audio through Premiere it only plays through my desktop.

I've of course changed all my Premiere settings to run through Jump Desktop Audio, but it doesn't seem to want to stream audio through my laptop.

Do both systems need to be more or less on Catalina so I can run Fluid Remote on both?
