Alt+Mouse scroll wheel doesn't work on Windows 10

Well, it actually works, but completely ignores Alt key in remote Adobe After Effects session (timeline zoom-in/out shortcut). Same on different workstations. 

Windows 10 (on both sides)

Adobe After Effects 2022

Logitech keyboard+mouse (wireless and wired)

  I'm having the same issue using Windows 11 to access a OSX computer running After Effects. I want to zoom in/out with Alt + Scroll like it should, but it's not working. Can we get some help here?
