Blurred Screen Opening App

Hi all! I have a question and I'm not sure where else to look for troubleshooting. I am connected in to a machine, on a local network. I am trying to open the application One Commander (a file explorer) and I get this. It's still "functional" in that if I double click or right click or hit the DEL key, it will impact the folder. What kind of settings should I be looking for?
