Apple Magic Mouse 2 horizontal scrolling not working with Jump

The horizontal scrolling function on Apple Magic Mouse 2 doesn't work when using Jump (all other mouse functions work). The horizontal scrolling function works on the Receiver computer, and it works when using the Host computer, but I can't get it to work on the Receiver computer when connected via Jump.

The Host computer is using OS Mojave 10.14.6 (Intel computer)

The Receiver computer is using OS Monterey 12.4 (M1 Mac Studio)

I'm using Jump Desktop version 8.8.28.

Is there any setting on Jump that needs to be clicked for the horizontal mouse function to work? And if that's not the issue, is there anything else I should try?

  SOLVED - the version of Jump on the Host computer was changed, and it fixed the problem.
