I bought the iPad Quickjump app to log into my work PC. However I was fired and no longer have access to that companies email. How do I log into my home PC from my iPad now?

I was fired from my job yesterday, and I had purchased my own iPad to log into the PC of the company I was fired from.

I am not trying to access the PC of the company I was fired from, I want to use Quickjump to remote access to my home PC, while I'm on holiday. But its not working, and I can't get access to my old work email address to reset any passwords.

What should I do?
