    I have the same problem. Whenever I use Fluid to log into Windows 11 from my Macbook M1 MAX the whole remote screen freezes. Then launching apps from the Windows tasbar seems will result in the app hanging which results in a white box.

    The Start button doesn't even popup, even thought I see the graphic change when you click on it. I don't have this problem using RDP. It's extremely frustrating to get working.

    Also, using Fluid the quality is blocky and blurry no matter what I try. Even on local connections the quality is horrible compared to RDP connections.

    UPDATE : The problems happen whenever the remote computer (Windows 11) monitor is turned OFF. If I turn the monitor on everything seems to be working ok. Fluid quality is still horrible though.

    I have exact same problem. Any update to fixing it without switching on the local display forever?

    Hi Rob and Pankaj,

    When connecting to the remote computer, kindly enable Virtual Displays.
    Click Displays -> Virtual Monitor.
    Once virtual displays are engaged Jump will replace the host's physical monitors with virtual monitors.

    Thank you.

    Having similar problem to that described above, not sure if it's same cause, but switching to a Virtual Monitor did NOT fix the issue. Host is Windows 10 (pro/enterprise) PC, having same issue whether accessing from Mac or iPad. Maybe has something to do with having Privacy Mode turned on, but turning it off after the issue has started does not change the behavior.

    After being logged in earlier in day and leaving the Mac for awhile (with connection still open) so the PC has auto-locked, I try to unlock it. I can see the Lock Screen, but clicking with mouse or tapping space bar to bring up password field does not work.

    Using the Remote > Send Ctrl-Alt-Del menu command DOES cause the password-entry field to appear, BUT the remote PC does not recognize any of my keyboard input or mouse clicks. Also can't click on the Restart icon (etc.) in the bottom right corner of remote screen.

    None of the Remote > Send Key commands have any effect except the Send Ctrl-Alt-Del. Eventually the PC screen goes back to the Lock Screen without the password entry field.

    I resolved my issue by purchasing a USB HDMI headless display emulator from Amazon and connecting it to a spare display port on my PC to trick Windows into thinking a monitor was still on.

    None of the suggestions worked out. I think this is more software issue than hardware. I don't see the issue with the Google remote desktop. I suggest the developer of JumpDesktop take the users' reports seriously.

    Hi JumpDesktop,

    Any suggestion for the issue? The Mac to PC is not usable. Sometimes it even doesn't connect. I know you guys must be very busy, but you should at least take action. Radio silence doesn't seem to be a good strategy.

    It may be silly but send Ctrl-Alt-Delete and then canceling, resolved this issue for me.
