M1 Mac accessing Fluid Remote Desktop
My m1 Mac computers will not connect to Fluid Remote Desktops. The intel Macs can connect to the Fluid Remote Desktops. This was working before the latest software update.

Hi there,
1. I believe @Sasi's issue was fixed due on the Windows client.
2. @burd - you shouldn't have trouble connecting to a M1. What's the issue?

It works fine for me.
But my friend ( Windows PC ) tried to connect by "Secured share links" ( https://jumpdesktop.com/redir/new_ios_inapp/index-272.html#:~:text=Secure%20Screen%20Sharing%20Links,the%20'Copy%20Link'%20button ) to my mac. It's not working.
I have been talking to the support team for 17 days. But they don't even understand what I mean. lol
Sent so many screenshots and details.
It's a great app. but support really sucks. -
Hi Sasi, I'm new to Jump Desktop and I'm trying to do something similar to what you are. I have a Macbook Air M1 that I mainly use to connect to a work Macbook Pro. I need to run both at High Resolutions (3K-4K) and was hoping the "Fluid Desktop" would work better that the native Mac "screen sharing" which lags alot.
Is there anything I need to do to Enable Fluid Desktop on the work macbook? I've installed Jump Desktop on both macbooks, but it seems like it's still just using the built-in VNC server. I've emailed Support with all these questions but they only said "use Fluid Desktop" but did not explain how or anything else..
Appreciate any help... Cheers

Hello Erin,
@Erin, I am also here. I love Jump product. But I hate the support team. Plz try to talk to them. They will give you a headache. Even if I provided so many screenshots and details, they don't even read my problems and have been giving me wrong & short answers over and over. It has been more than 20 days.
What a shame for this great software.
I don't know if I can help you out as I am also new here.
Do you mean you want to access from ur Mac Pro to Mac Air?
I don't have much lags. Just a little low resolution. But I don't mind much.
I just use the "secured shared link" to my friend. I can access my friend's computer without any issues. Not much lags and just a little low resolution. (as I mentioned, my friend can't access my mac)
For my computers ( I registered my id ), I don't have many issues. I believe that's the fluid sharing way.
Sorry.. Not sure much about it.
