Sorry to hear this. Can you tell me a little more about this?

    1. Is the MacMini headless?
    2. What kind of network do you have between the Win 10 and MacMini machine?
    3. What resolution is the MacMini running at?

    Thanks.

    1. I tried with and without monitor, on and off. No difference. Maybe snappier with the monitor on, but still 500ms delay between macmini monitor and the remote screen on my windows.
60fps on monitor, looks like 30fps or lower con remote screen.

    2. Cisco switch and ubiquiti router, no wifi only utp cable.

    3. 1080, also tried 720.

Thanks. Something's definitely wrong - it should be _much_ quicker based on what you're describing:

Can you connect from Windows and start up a video on the MacMini and let it play for a minute or so? Jump will ramp up the connection. Let me know if it helps.

Network usage went up to 6-10Mbps on Windows.

This is what i ment. Resolution is around 1080p.

Thanks. That video was super helpful!

    1. Do you have an iPad/iPhone or another Mac with which you can remote into your machine from? Does it experience the same issue?

    2. Can you make sure Jump Desktop on Windows has graphics acceleration enabled? You can find it in File -> Preferences.
