Can't connect via cellular
When I try to connect to my servers using ATT cellular I immediately get a error message saying the connection could not be made. Error code 2.5. I can use WiFi and have no issues at all. It used to work just fine with ATT Cellular.

It sounds like you're connecting using a manual IP address. Can you please double check that the address is valid and if application, that your port forwarding is setup correctly?
Also - have you considered using Jump's automatic setup? You won't need to worry about IP Addresses / port forwarding etc. It should just work whether you're on cellular or wifi. If you're interested, simply setup Jump Desktop Connect on the remote machine by visiting this page on the server machine: https://jumpdesktop.com/go . You can do this for as many servers as you want.
Then on your iPhone/iPad/Android, open up Jump and then tap the settings icon and then sign in to the Jump Desktop Account you used when setting up your server.

Hi,
1. Can you try pinging your servers to see if it can be reached via cellular? Here's a free ping tool to try out: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/inettools-ping-dns-traceroute-port-scan-tool/id561659975?mt=8 .
2. Can you please reproduce the 2.5 error code and send the logs over to support? It might help us understand why it's not working. Just reproduce the problem and go back to the main Jump Desktop screen. Then tap the settings icon and then tap 'Contact support' and send over the logs. It should give us a better picture of why it's not connecting.

I had a similar problem on a cellular connection from Verizon and finally found out my problem was that I had not enabled Jump in the list of “use cellular data for” apps in Settings > Cellular. Perhaps Jump should check that setting and give a clearer message like “Cellular data is not enabled for Jump. Please enable it in Settings” as I’ve seen other apps do. As a bonus, it could have a button to open the appropriate Settings pane.
