Windows Credentials?

I'm using windows 10. After downloading the app I try to connect to my desktop and it asks for my "windows credentials". I don't have any these? What do I do?

  Bryan,

  When you turn on your desktop, do you log into Windows? Does it ask you for a password when you turn on the computer? If so - those are you Windows credentials. If it doesn't ask you for a password, please make sure you assign a password to your Windows account on your desktop as Jump will not let you connect without it.
