Only connects on local network

Hello, 

I just purchased your service (thinking it would work right away)

I got it set up and everything. I have a couple computers that never sleep downstairs. I use my main computer to access them via Screen Share. notice, I am on the same Wi-fi network. Jump also works while I'm on the local network.

However, I tested it from an outside network. It only gives me a spinning wheel saying "Connecting". and never gives me an option to enter my Login info for the computer.

I switched from Wired to Wifi. Twice. all working while the hosting computer was on the same router network as the slave.



I need to have someone remote start these from another state to work on. Please give me a thorough fix for this, or else I am afraid I'll have to ask for a refund. (apple ID: zachatscp@gmail.com)

  Please keep in mind, the outside network works perfectly fine on the internet.

  I had the same problem. Very disappointing. Is there just a setting we’re missing or something?
