How to upgrade Jump Desktop on Mac to be functional with more than one remote Windows virtual screen.
I have spent hours trying to upgrade Jump Desktop on Mac to be functional with more than one remote Windows virtual screen. I have been using the earlier version on my Mac for years without a hitch. I was excited to see the separate windows and virtual screens enhancements. But I have really been struggling to get everything upgraded. Several times it asked me to upgrade with no path to do so. It also wants my keychain password which I have not been able to recall. My last of many attempts was to purchase the Mac App Store version but I still only show one virtual scrren on the remote system. Why have you made this so hard to figure out?

Hi Bvasu. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand that you have been facing issues while upgrading Jump Desktop on your Mac. I'm sorry to hear that you have had a hard time with the upgrade process.
I would like to inform you that the virtual display feature was released in version 8.9 of Jump Desktop for Mac. You can find more information about this release and its features in the official changelog here: https://changelog.jumpdesktop.com/jump-desktop-for-mac-8.9-2mGdFe
I would recommend checking if you are using the latest version of the app as it is now available on the App Store and through our website.
