Can't Connect to remote computer running Mac OS Ventura 13.2 After reboot
This just happened on one of my computers this week. Once I reboot a remote computer... It stays grayed out in Jump Desktop. I have tried checking all the settings which appear to be correct. The only way to get on is for someone in the office to physically go to that computer and logon first for me. I have seen an old thread from 2020 regarding File Vault. I have turned it off and I am able to logon remotely. I see that I can turn it back on but use a terminal command to reboot. This is only occurring on one of 2 computers. The other Mac is running the same OS but has File Vault turned on and I have no remote connection issues. Has anything changed since the fix from 2020? Has anyone tried a OS recovery? Any other fixes to this issue?
