Error code 0x102
Hello,
I'm running Jump Desktop for Mac on 2 computers. I have recently started to see the error code 0x102 while attempting to connect to a specific Windows Terminalserver by RDP from one of the two computers.
The full message is: "Connection closed by server. The RDP server closed the connection. Code 0x102"
At first I erased the given RDP entries in Jump Desktop but that didn't help.
Secondly I did a full uninstallation of the Jump application on the concerned computer, including a manual deletion of the servers folder. However this didn't solve the issue.
As I'm able to connect to the Terminalserver from the second computer through Jump Desktop as well as with Microsoft's own RDP client on the concerned computer, I'm convinced that it the cause of the issue isn't with the Terminalserver itself.
I would be glad, if somebody could provide a solution to fix this serious issue.

Hi Indigital. Thank you for contacting us. The error code 0x102 typically indicates trouble with licensing.
As a possible solution, we suggest trying to use the console session instead. To do this, please edit the RDP connection on your home Mac by right-clicking the connection icon, selecting "Edit", then "Advanced". Make sure that the "Console" session is checked.
Please give this a try and let us know if it resolves the issue.
