    Hi Indigital. Thank you for contacting us. The error code 0x102 typically indicates trouble with licensing.

    As a possible solution, we suggest trying to use the console session instead. To do this, please edit the RDP connection on your home Mac by right-clicking the connection icon, selecting "Edit", then "Advanced". Make sure that the "Console" session is checked.

    Please give this a try and let us know if it resolves the issue.

    Thank you for your reply and sorry for my delay.

    I've followed your advice and activated the option "Console". It helped in many of the cases where I saw the error.
