Jump Desk and NextDNS
When using NextDNS at home, all of the Jump connections detect as ‘in the cloud’ and the clients ignore that they are all on the same local network.
They all connect fine, but will not do high resolution / high bitrate because they cannot detect each other locally.
Please help!

Hi Tim, Thank you for reaching out to us. We recommend that you refer to this link (https://changelog.jumpdesktop.com/live-performance-stats-for-fluid-1i0Xte)
When looking at the ‘Connection’ field, it should say either ‘Direct’ or ‘Relay’. If it says ‘Cloud’, it means that authorization has happened from the cloud which is normal. For ‘Direct’ it means that it is connected directly over your local internet.
