No audio

Hi there, 

We are currently getting no audio from some of our windows devices. Doesn't work windows to windows or mac to mac either. 

Anyone got an ideas on how to resolve this issue?

  Hi there,

  Try installing the virtual audio cable app on the host Windows machine: https://vb-audio.com/Cable/ and then switch Windows' default sound output to the virtual audio cable device.

  I tried this on my jump desktop machine however this didn't fix the issue.

  Hi Jacob,

  Please make sure you install it on the host machine (the one you're connecting to).

  Sorry to be clear I did install this on the host machine and set the output to the virtual audio cable however this didn't work.
