Remoting in from Mac to PC WACOM ISSUE

Hi there. I am remoting into a PC from my iMac using jump desktop.  I use a Wacom Tablet and pen.  The pen has limited functionality when I try use it with the remote machine.  I have had no problems using a wacom going from Mac to Mac. Is this issue resolvable? The mouse works fine, but I prefer to use a pen and tablet. Thank you.

  Could you provide more details about the issue with pen functionality? Specifically, does this problem occur with a particular application on the remote machine?

  Hi Abdul. I am using Avid Media Composer on my remote machine, but the issue is the same on all Applications on the remote machine. Thanks.

  Hi Orly,

  Thank you for sharing additional details about the issue.
  Could you please confirm the specific version of Jump you have installed on your iMac?
  I recommend updating Jump to the latest version. Once updated, connect to the Windows machine, click on "Remote," and uncheck the 'Stylus' option.
