Disable MAC Menu Bar Icon

    At the moment we don’t plan on adding the ability to hide the menu bar icon. The icon going red lets the user know there is a remote connection to the machine.

    Updated 2025: We will no be implementing a way to disable the mac menubar icon.

    This is possible by removing com.jumpcloud.jcagent-tray.plist  from the launchagents folder.

    Sorry - We do not plan on implementing this. We need to show users some sort of notification locally that someone is connected. There are 3rd party apps that will let you declutter the Mac menu bar.
