How is the mac vnc working?

So I'm logging in with remote desktop and I'm logged in with user1 (Two osx machines connected). Then I connect with my iphone to the same computer using Jump. I don't see the screen that I see with remote desktop, I see a login screen where I can input another user name and password and sign into user2. However it won't let me type anything. 

How am I seeing two different screens on the same computer?

  Chase,

  Is the problem on your iPhone? If so tap the blue arrow next to your computer's name in Jump and then edit the 'auth' row. Make sure it's set to 'Automatic'. Save your settings and connect again from the iPhone.

  Ok I did that but it forces to me sign into an account and not the one that the machine is currently logged into. For instance if I'm trying to support someone who is having issues, I'll connect to their computer to help them and see what they're doing. But with the way the osx platform is setup I'd have to log in to their account and ask for their password?

  @Chase - correct. At this time you'll need to their OS X username and password.

  Bummer, I was hoping I could use this for support. Are y'all thinking about adding it in the future?
