Concurrent connections

I have setup a terminal server with 10 users.  I am able to connect via rdp multiple clients.  (Setup Jump with RDP) When I connect using Jump I can not have more than 1 connections at a time.  Is there any special configuration that needs to be done?

  I also would like to know if more that  1 connection is possible

  Jump supports simultaneous connections to the machine. As longs as you're using RDP to connect to the remote computer and it's running Windows Server, multiple users can access the machine simultaneously with their own desktops. If you're using VNC, then many people can still connect, but they'll see the same shared desktop.
