Concurrent connections

I have setup a terminal server with 10 users.  I am able to connect via rdp multiple clients.  (Setup Jump with RDP) When I connect using Jump I can not have more than 1 connections at a time.  Is there any special configuration that needs to be done?

  Jules are you using Jump's automatic setup or have you manually setup the connection using an IP address or host name?

  Also - no special configuration is required on Windows Server. Just make sure each user is logging into their own Windows account.
