View Only Connection

I sometimes need to connect to systems in order to monitor them while other times I may connect to the same systems to manage them. How can I configure a saved session to launch as view-only?

  Is it possible to put a VNC window into view only / read only mode?  I'd like to watch (only) as someone else is debugging a system.

  Any updates on this? How can we create a VNC connection that is view only (observe only) mode at launch? Thanks

  At vnc server, you can set a view-only password. Use this password in Jump Desktop.

  Tested using UltraVNC server.
