Mac Screen resolution issue

Hi there,

I have jump setup on both my MacMini in the office which has an LG UltraHD 21:9 with 3440 x 1440 resolution and my MacBook Air at home with an external 1080p monitor. For some reason in the jump client I'm unable to configure the display resolution of the shared MacMini device when connecting from the MacBook Air and it's pretty much unusable because of the scale of the resolution. Could anyone shed any light on how to configure this please?

  Sorry I can't offer any help Richards, I'm just adding my voice to this old thread as I'm having the same problem.

  I can connect to my windows 10 computer from my iPhone just fine, resolution matches that of my iPhone screen. However when I try to remote in from my iMac the shared windows 10 resolution is no more then around 1024x768 and hence pretty unusable. I'm using windows 10 home edition so I'm having to rely on a VNC connection. Where can I set the resolution for the remote computer?

  That was the same issue I was having James, haven't used it in a long time to be fair and didn't try again after I couldn't get it working.
