feature request: SSH client integration

Do you have any plan to integrate a full SSH client?

  All versions of Jump Desktop already include a SSH client that can be used to tunnel VNC and RDP sessions via port forwarding. That said - we don't plan on implementing a full blown SSH client with a terminal.

  I'd like to +1 this request feature. On slow connections where I'm working in a terminal anyway, I really don't need to see my whole desktop.

  I could, of course, just set up a separate ssh server... and dynamic dns.... and NAT forwarding. It would just be so much easier to use Jump Desktop as a hub for all of my connections. I can't imagine it would take a lot of work to implement either? You could even use local terminals and just supply the connection layer.

   

  That being said, you guys have done a pretty great job. Definitely worth the money and I could imagine others in my company having a use for this (especially with terminal support, hint, hint)

  Hi Martin, 

  Thanks for the feature request. I've added your vote to this. For what it's worth, this seems to be common request. At the moment our current focus is fast and secure remote desktop. A full blown terminal client currently falls slightly out of scope of our focus.

  +1 for me too... I really want an integrated RDP/VNC/SSH client so I don't have to have my SSH(terminal) session stored in one product and my VNC/RDP in another...

  Any updates on adding SSH? My connection at home is slow and I sometimes need to run command line processes on my local box on weekends. Loading my complete desktop is painfully slow.
