Can’t delete old connections to PC
Hello. I’m trying delete unnecessary connections to old pc, but they are restoring immediately. I tried to save connections locally or to iCloud - no difference. Deleting from cloud also doesn’t help.

Hi Adel, Thank you for reaching out to us.
To assist you better, could you confirm if you are using Jump Desktop for Teams?
If so, you can delete the remote PC on the team's dashboard: Teams -> Computers. If you're not on Teams, to delete the connection icon for the remote PC, you need to uninstall Jump Desktop Connect by physically accessing the remote PC.
Thanks. -
I have the same situation with my personal account. I tried converting to teams and deleting them, but when I returned to my personal account after the trial period, they returned. I no longer have communication with the end user, and foresee possible legal ramifications of maintaining a connection with this application. Would it be possible to cancel my current account and setup a new account? Would a new email be required for this? I am willing to pay for an extra copy of Jump desktop.

Hi Daniel,
At present, the only method to permanently delete the connection icon for the host machine in your Jump Desktop App is to uninstall Jump Desktop Connect on the host machine. This can be done by physically accessing the host machine.
Alternatively, you can create a new account. However, you'll need to set up the host machines again and add your new account as an access user to each machine.
Thanks -
Hi Daniel,
On the host machine, Jump Desktop Connect looks for the email address associated with your Jump account. This is the email address added as an access user, allowing you to remotely connect to the host machine. Consequently, when you add your Jump account as an access user to the host machine, this machine also appears in the Jump Desktop App where you sign in with your Jump account.Additionally, you currently cannot change the email address linked to your Jump Desktop account.
Thank you
