Is there a way for us to rebuild the installer and include credentials in it?  This way if I give it to my mom to support her machine I won't have to give her my username and password.

  At the moment, there is no good way to do this, however, we'll be adding a way to send invites to users so that they can add you without you having to provide your credentials.
