What Will I Do My Chromebook Peripherals Aren't Working?
Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I'm facing an issue with my school Chromebook - none of my peripherals seem to be cooperating lately. Whether it's my mouse, keyboard, or external hard drive, they're all giving me the silent treatment.
I've tried the usual troubleshooting steps - checking connections, restarting the Chromebook, and even updating the system - but nothing seems to do the trick.
If any of you have encountered similar issues or have any insights or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your help. It's frustrating to be unable to use these essential peripherals, especially when I rely on them for work and personal use.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for reaching out to us.
Do you only experience problems with your Chromebook peripherals when using Jump?
Have you tried using the peripherals on another Chromebook to see if they work?Additionally, can you please try this workaround:
1. Remove the USB device.
2. Turn off the Chromebook.
3. Wait a few seconds.
4. Power on the Chromebook.
5. Reconnect the USB device.Let me know if this helps
