Can't Login in to Windows Credentials
Hello, I recently changed the username and password, then did a shared screen with a different windows login. Then I can back and entered the one I was using before. Now when I try to connect it ask to enter your windows credentials. When I do it never works and just reloads. How do I fix this ?
Thank You!

Hi Chelsea, Thank you for reaching out to us.
For this, kindly double-check the username and password for any special characters or proper capitalization. Additionally, have you tried physically signing in to the Windows machine using the same username and password to see if it works?
Lastly, make sure you are using the updated Windows credentials.
Thanks -
I'm having the same issue. I can login from my iPad but can't login from my MacBook, they both used to work before. I tried logging in to the host machine with the same credentials and it does work, tried uninstalling from MacBook and re-installing, same issue. Remove computer, re-add, sign-out, sign-in etc, all to no avail.

I had the same issue with my Mac to Windows where the credentials would not work. I resolved it doing this. FYI I'm on Windows 11, but still should be the same solution on older versions of Windows
I had to:- Go into Windows computer
- Hit the windows key and type "System Properties"(should show up as "View Advanced system Settings"), click on that
- Click on the "Remote" tab at the top
- Under the "Remote Desktop" section,
- Click on "Allow Remote Connections" to this computer and I checked the check box.
- Also make sure your user is in the remote desktop connection allowed list.
Restart your Windows computer and try connecting with Jump
Hope this helps
