mouse pointer apppear double(ipad -> macbook)

i am using jumpdesktop to use my macbook with ipad

in this case 2 mouse pointers appear overlapped when it's shape is not basic arrow(ex finger, text..)

overlapped one is usually bigger size than original one

in game (league of legend)It has the scope of the default mouse pointer, but the mouse pointer is used for the new mouse pointer.

how can i do for it....?

  Are you currently connecting from your iPad to your MacBook using the "Ask to Share Screen" option?
  If so, this setup the mouse cursor to appear both on the physical MacBook and separately on your iPad.

  To avoid this, I recommend connecting via Unattended Access, which provides a smoother experience without dual cursors.

  im using unattended access

  i also used ask to share screen option so i know this case is different...

  i means one mouse curser appears but when its icon is not basic arrow icon overlapped double

  bigger cloned icon overlapped underneath the original one....

  can i get any support..?
