TEAMS SUCKS
I tried to add a user and now my jumpdesktop won't let me delete the teams account that was added and i can't add a new user either. It says i'm not the administrator but I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR FOR MY PC. Can anyone help or tell me how to uninstall ALL files from my PC so I can start over with a new copy of jumpdesktop? I tried to uninstall and removed all the directories but when I reinstalled the program it still found the old team account and I was in the same situation I described above.

Based on what you've described, it sounds like the problem is related to your Team’s Connect settings — specifically, the option to add remote access users may be disabled.
This is why you're unable to add a new user or remove the existing team.
If you are the Team Admin, you can fix this by going to your Team’s Connect settings and enabling the option for “Add remote access users.”
