Deleted computers come back

    Hi, 

    Open up "Jump Desktop Connect" on the remote computer and then click the gear/settings icon on the top right. Then in the 'Advanced' section turn off "RDP". Do this for every computer. Once you're done, delete the red connections - they won't come back.

    Jump Desktop Support - I have the same problem but do not have access to the remote computer any longer. What is the solution for that? - Thank you.

    Same issue for me. No longer have remote access. How do I remove/ban the computer from showing up in my account?

    Solved, join the teams trial. Create a team. Wait for computers to migrate to your new team. Delete them in the team, delete team and they disappear

     I found that creating a Team and deleting them does not work after canceling the trial.  The computers return after the account is reverted back to a personal account.     I would love to see a solution to this.
