Computer list is different between devices
on my mac laptop, newly installed clients don't show up even after logging off and back on to jump desktop. my android phone though shows the newest computer (which is a mac). it would be nice if the computer list was the same across all platforms and devices, with those being unsupported (non fluid or other issues) greyed out. it would also be nice if you could perform a manual sync of the list from any client to insure you have the most up to date install lists of clients you are logged into.

I have a similar issue. I added a VNC connection to a Raspberry Pi via the Jump on my iPhone app. I used the same gmail identity to logon to Jump Desktop on my Windows 10 machine but do not see the Raspberry Pi listed (other Windows & Macs DO show up).
I wasn't able to find a want to even manually add the Raspberry Pi to Jump Desktop on Windows.
Suggestions?

1. At the moment automatic connection entries (via the Jump Desktop Connect app) are synced automatically on all platforms.
2. Manual connections entries can only be synced if you use Jump's iCloud / Dropbox syncing option on the Mac: Jump Desktop -> Preferences -> Sync. On iOS you can turn on iCloud syncing by tapping the settings icon on the top left then tap 'Computer List' -> Save in iCloud. We don't have Dropbox syncing support on the Mac. On Android we don't have a good solution for syncing of the connections at the moment. This will change in the near future though.
3. On all platforms: You can manually export and import an archive of all your connections. This will include all your connections (manually defined and automatic connections): On Mac click File -> Export. On iOS: Tap settings -> Computer Lists -> Export. The resultant file will a be .jdz file which you can then import on any platform. The archive file does not contain account passwords.

Syncing seems to be very messed up for me. I have 3 Macs (call them A, B, and C) and am syncing to iCloud on all 3 machines. But only 2 servers show up in iCloud. The 3rd briefly appeared and then immediately disappeared from iCloud. When I view computers on my 3 systems: Machine A says it sees 1 computer and shows 1. Machine B says it sees 2 computers and shows 2 computers. Machine C says it sees 4 computers but shows only 2 computers. Have no idea how to fix this.

At least under Windows 10, if the application is installed to the default directory, there appears to be a folder created in the Local AppData folder for the installed user. Inside the folder contains several .jump files which appear to be the representation of each connection within the GUI interface. Here's mine.
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Jump Desktop\Client\ServersI'm going to attempt to copy/merge some of my .jump files tomorrow to see what the result is.

I've added computers to the computer list by adding them on my iPad. The added computers do not appear on the list of computers on my JumpDesktop Connect App on my PC. Also, computer names that are changed by using my iPad do not get changed on the list on the PC. Is this the expected behavior?

I'll have to piggy back off of what WMC is saying, and say that my syncing doesn't appear to make much sense.
Computer names that I update in one app, on one operating system type, on one type of device (mobile/desktop/Android/Apple), there just doesn't seem to be any consistency with the synchronicity of remote computers, or computer names, or even the settings for remote computers already added to the account, such as Audio Playback, and Color Depth.

I should add that my Apple devices are syncing the computer lists between them. I believe that is because my computer lists on those Apple devices are "Saved in iCloud" via the setting under "Computer List". Would a "Sync from iCloud" on my PC's Jump Desktop Connect app be an added feature?
