Is there a way to wake or boot my computer from ipad?

 

I think I saw somewhere in this community that I can use this function if I use manual connection.

If that is true, how do you setup a manual connection on a ipad -->  windows computer?

  This works for manual connections. We’ve also added this ability for automatic connections in our upcoming update. Note: for automatic connections, there will be a limitation where if you’re trying to connect from outside your home network, you will need at least one machine running 24/7 inside your home network which will effectively wake up the other computers on the same network when you try to connect. Hope this helps.
