I am ipad pro 3 user. I bought jump desktop yesterday

fluid 2.0 provide sound stream? right?

when will fluid 2.0 come out?

Audio streaming is now available for Fluid on iOS. We just released Jump Desktop for iOS 9.1.2 with the support. We'll be updating all the other clients shortly with the support. Thank you for your patience!

In the meantime, is there a way to see subtitles when watching a video on a mac from an iPad 6 via Jump?

It depends on your video player on the Mac. Which video player are you using? Generally just turning on subtitles on the video player on the Mac should be enough.
