Which connection mode are you using RDP, Fluid or VNC I find on my site that on my multi monitor setups its usually the setting on the station I am remoting into that I need to change not Jump desktop.

I am having the same exact issue.

Before this was working. On my other computer switching screen works. but on the current computer, the screen does not swtich or "freezes". What setting has to be changed on my pc for this to work?

    Brian,

Can you please try updating to 6.2.30 beta? Open up Jump Desktop Connect -> Settings -> Updates -> CHECK Beta Updates -> Check for updates. Once you have 6.2.30 installed, try it again and please do let me know how it goes.

    Thank you.

I just installed 6.2.30 beta and it looks like it works on all 3 displays.  Not sure what changed but I think you may have it.  Thank you for all your help.

    Hey, Great feature - thank-you.

I know it's maybe a little more complex; but I run a three-display setup on my Mac but only want to have my Windows RDP sessions to take up two displays, not three - so I can leave iMessage/Facetime and a local browser open and use them without switching back and forth.  Is it at all possible for future release for Jump to consider enabling "X and Y display only"?
