Trouble with Multiple Monitors - SOLVED
I am connecting from one Windows 10 1809 machine to another. My host machine has dual monitors and my remote machine has triple monitors. Once I am connected to the triple monitor machine, I can view the primary screen, which is Display 2, and I am able to work within that screen. Once I switch to Display 1, the screen still shows Display 2 but the mouse and keyboard has no effect to the machine. When I switch to Display 3, the correct screen is shown but the mouse and keyboard has no effect to the computer. If I select all displays, I am able to use the mouse and keyboard in all 3 displays.
I have to machines I connect to that have triple monitors. I see this issue when connecting to both machines. I also tried connecting between the two machines with triple monitors and I still get the same results.
Is this a setting issue I am over looking or a problem woth Jump Desktop?
Thanks,
Brian

Hey, Great feature - thank-you.
I know it's maybe a little more complex; but I run a three-display setup on my Mac but only want to have my Windows RDP sessions to take up two displays, not three - so I can leave iMessage/Facetime and a local browser open and use them without switching back and forth. Is it at all possible for future release for Jump to consider enabling "X and Y display only"?
