Cursor Name Label
Hi folks! I'm using Jump to connect from one Mac to another Mac and the cursor that shows up has a green label with my name. Is there any way to turn the name label off? Thanks!

Hi John, Thank you for reaching out to us.
It looks like you're currently connecting to the remote (host) computer using the "Ask to Share Screen" feature.
This method requires the person at the remote computer to manually accept your request before the connection is established.
The "Ask to Share Screen" option allows both you and the remote user to see each other’s mouse cursors, which can be useful for collaborative work.
However, please note that when using this method, it's not possible to turn off the name label that appears next to the mouse cursor.
Could you please confirm if you're using "Ask to Share Screen" intentionally?
If not, another way to connect is by setting up Unattended Remote Access, which allows you to connect without needing the remote user to approve the request each time.
Keep in mind, though, that in Unattended Remote Access, you won't be able to see the remote user’s mouse cursor.
To set up Unattended Access, you can follow the steps in this help article: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025731531-Setup-Unattended-Remote-Access
Thanks
