Citrix c1 Mouse works on ipad 13?

hi everyone, i'm ready to buy your app but i also have to buy the citrix mouse, but before spending this money i would like to be sure that i have no problem using the mouse in rdp.Could you give me some directions. thank you

  Hi everyone,

  We have a fix for this issue. We're submitting the fix to the App Store and it should be available in Jump Desktop for iOS 9.4.6 or later. If you require the fix ASAP, please contact support@jumpdesktop.com and ask for the iOS beta.

  Citrix X1. (Note: We're currently investigating connection problems with newer Citrix X1 models purchased after Nov 15th 2019. We'll add updates here once our investigation is complete).

  For me, with the X1, only clicking, but not moving the mouse pointer, works.

  @JumpDesktop: Please solve the problem with the X1 mice!

  Hi,

  I have the same mouse issue as Thomas! Clicking works, but when I want to move the mouse cursor, laggy scrolling happens instead. And when I try to scroll, nothing happens.

  @JumpDesktop: Please solve the problem with the X1 mice! +1
