Error Code 2.50 (0x32)
Recently updated PC from Windows 7 to 10. Controlling the PC via Jumpdesktop on my Mac Pro. Sometimes the Jumpdesktop connection works and other times I get this Error Code 2.50 (0x32) connection error. Anyone have ideas how to troubleshoot this connection problem? Thank you!

Me too - Error Code 2.50 (0x32) connection error. I have been able to connect to a new M1 Mac Mini from another Mac using Jump but neither of my iPad's can find it, either from its name or IP address. However using VNC rather than RDP I have been able to able to connect using the IP address (found in network preferences on the new target Mac), then signing on with the username and password. Both iPads now working.
