New Setup issues on MAC
I've setup Jump on a number of computers.
Mac Pro x 2 - mojave 10.14.5
Map Pro laptop Mojave 10.146
Windows 10 Pro 18362.xx
Windows 10 home
On an ipad pro and on my iphone I can connect to all of these computers just fine. But from my Mac Pro laptop I cannot connect to any of the computers. I either never connect, or I connect and it won't accept the password and login credentials.
I've noticed that on the ipad, when I add a computer, it automatically recognizes that a new machine has been added to my account, but on the Mac Laptop I have to manually add the computers. From the Mac pro I can connect to the Windows 10 pro machine, but none of the other machines.
Any tips on why I can't connect to these computers from the Mac Pro Laptop?

Hi,
How did you setup Jump Desktop Connect o the Macs? Did you do a fresh install of Connect or did you restore the Mac from a time machine backup? If you restored from a backup, then Jump might be confused about the computers’ identity. Take a look at this help article: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/articles/216425023-General-Problem-connecting-to-cloned-machines-or-Macs-restored-from-a-Time-Machine-backup

I did a fresh install on each mac. I have noticed that if I use the jump code, jumpto.me/xxx-xxx-xxx then I can connect to all these machines from the Mac Pro Laptop in question and do screen sharing, but still the only machine for which I can create an actual RDP or VNC connection is the Windows pro machine.
