mac language(korean) command key problem. I really need a answer..
Hi.
I have some problems using jumpdesktop.
I sent you two emails and wrote here, but there's no answer.
the problem is this.
I'm using an iPad that connects my MacBook.
When I use English, It works perfect.
But when I use Korean (changed language by "left caps lock") cmd key doesn't work.
I can't use copy and paste (cmd+c or cmd+v).
When I press cmd+c or cmd+v in korean languae. I can see "spotlight" on my screen.

Sounds like no one is currently reporting the issue, but I found this answer in the "Jump support - troubleshooting" posts after reading your post and wondered if it might have anything to do with what you were experiencing: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040910772-Mac-Apps-hanging-when-using-copy-paste-keyboard-shorcuts

This issue is still occurring even now.
When the input language on a Mac is set to "Korean," it behaves as if the Command key is being pressed.
(For example, pressing R behaves like Command+R, which refreshes the browser.)The solution you mentioned above did not resolve the issue.
This issue seems to occur when the input language selected on the Mac differs from the keyboard language of the device using Jump Desktop Client.
(For example, the issue occurs when the Mac is set to Korean input, while the iPhone is set to English input.) -
Hello,
I'm experiencing the same issue, and I believe it's one of the most critical problems that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. As others have mentioned, this issue occurs when the client Mac and the host Mac are set to different languages (e.g., the client Mac is set to Korean, while the host Mac is set to English).
A temporary workaround is to set both the client and host Macs to use the same language.
I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible.
Thank you.
