    Jump Desktop Support (Edited )

Hi, We will be adding file transfer support to Fluid. It is something that is planned and we realize that it's an important feature for some users. At the moment we can't give an ETA on when it will be available but it will be added.

    Thanks.

Stock reply but it doesn't answer my questions.

You have a great product and yet the lack of file transfer cripples it for people and businesses who want to use it for remote support etc. They will go elsewhere and you lose their money.

I think he did answer your question. It is planned. So the answer to your first question is "yes". The answer to your second question is see #1.

For us (100+ Teams licenses) it would be great if you add a file transfer feature, the admin can completely disable it. For security reasons, Jump is allowed in our facility because file transfer is NOT allowed. If not, we would need to migrate away from Jump fairly quickly.

I'm sure there are a lot of facilities like us.
