Glitchy Resolution and Audio Quality

Hi,

Pretty new to Jump, but I'm immediately having issues with laggy resolution and audio transmission. I'm running a session in Pro Tools, and I'm typically seeing the glitchyness happen just when scrolling through the session or doing any movement besides just sitting still on a page. Scrolling/any movement seems to make both the audio drop out (or speed up), and at the same time causes a massive drop in screen resolution. Is this normal behavior? 

I'm running Catalina 10.15.7 on a 2019 Mac Pro. Internet connection speed should be solid enough for this, as I frequently live stream to twitch in 4K, which I imagine has to be a much bigger load on the computer and internet - to which the computer and internet never flinch.

  Haven't had any issues with lagginess but have given up entirely on 4k (switching to 4k simply freezes the app).

  I'm using native RDP BTW...
