connection issues mac mini m4
I have 2 new mac mini m4's and this problem is only happening on one. All versions are the same and they are in the same room on the same network.
Occasionally we will not be able to jump into one of the computers, the screen just has the spinning wheel and says connecting. However, when I'm in the office and see this behavior from the machine there, it shows a successful connection and says that the computer currently has that person connected with their name and IP and everything.
Restarting Jump does not fix it, only a full computer restart does the trick.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you experience this issue, please try the following workaround:
Manually remove Jump Desktop’s authentication token from your Mac’s Keychain.- Make sure Jump Desktop is not running on your Mac - exit it if it's running.
- Open up the Keychain Access app on your Mac.
- Then click the Login row on the top left hand corner.
- Click on All Items row on the bottom left hand corner.
- Then on the top right hand corner search for 'Jump Desktop Auth Tokens'. When you find it, right click on it and then click Delete.
- Start Jump Desktop again.
Thanks
