    Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you experience this issue, please try the following workaround:
    Manually remove Jump Desktop’s authentication token from your Mac’s Keychain. 

    • Make sure Jump Desktop is not running on your Mac - exit it if it's running.
    • Open up the Keychain Access app on your Mac.
    • Then click the Login row on the top left hand corner.
    • Click on All Items row on the bottom left hand corner.
    • Then on the top right hand corner search for 'Jump Desktop Auth Tokens'. When you find it, right click on it and then click Delete.
    •  Start Jump Desktop again.

    Same issue for me.
    1 Pc and 1 mac mini on the same home network. Jump desktop on PC works well, on Mac Mini is very slow from yesterday.
    I didn't find anything on keychain access as suggested.
    Delete and reinstall does not resolve.
